Attorney
Kali is Of Counsel to Power Law Firm. Kali handles matters involving trusts, estates, and elder law with a specialization in tax saving opportunities for family wealth transfers and asset protection. Kali also handles residential real estate transactions and guardianship applications.
Education
Kali completed her undergraduate education at the University of Delaware. She was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Philosophy after continually earning recognition on the Dean’s List.
Kali later earned a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. During her law school years, Kali worked as Senior Law Clerk at Power Law Firm. In law school, she participated in Clinics and Mock Trial, and was the Comments Editor of her Journal, the Circuit Review. Kali is also skilled negotiator; she was a member of the Seton Hall University School of Law Dispute Resolution Society and was named 2013 Intramural Negotiation Tournament Champion. In addition, Kali completed mediation and conciliation skills training with New Jersey’s Administrative Offices of the Courts.
After receiving her Juris Doctor degree, Kali completed a dual clerkship for the Honorable Bonnie J. Mizdol of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Bergen County. After completing her clerkship, Kali joined a prominent Bergen County firm where she focused primarily on family law.
Personal
Kali is admitted to practice before the state courts of New Jersey and New York. Kali is very involved in the community and in the Bergen County Bar Association, where she is the Vice President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Bergen County Bar Association.
Kali speaks fluent Greek and proficient Spanish.
