Jinhee Bae is a partner of Power Law Firm LLP. The firm concentrates exclusively in trusts, estates, and elder law with a specialization in tax-saving opportunities for family wealth transfers and asset protection.
Education
Jinhee completed her undergraduate education at Boston College. She was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature after continually earning recognition on the Dean’s List. Jinhee later earned a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School, where she participated in Law School Judicial Clinics, the Asian-American Law Student Association, and the Investment Club.
After receiving her Juris Doctor degree, Jinhee continued her legal education at the University of Miami Law School, where she was awarded the prestigious Master of Laws degree in Estate Planning.
Personal
Jinhee is admitted to the bar of New Jersey and New York. She is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys.
She is Korean American. She is fluent in Korean. She grew up in New York. As a young adult, she volunteered for many years as a mentor and tutor for youths at her church, and as a physician’s assistant for a medical mission to the Dominican Republic. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking, reading, oil painting and traveling with her husband and daughter.
