Meghan Maier is an associate attorney of Power Law Firm LLP. The firm focuses its practice exclusively on estates and trusts, tax saving strategies, and elder law.
Meghan graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. She was a merit scholarship recipient, Eugene Gressman Moot Court Competition participant, and was active in the Center for Social Justice Clinical Program. Meghan also studied one summer at the George Washington School of Law in Munich, Germany. Meghan completed her undergraduate education at Gonzaga University graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree. She also studied for a year at the Gonzaga-in- Florence program in Florence, Italy. Currently, Meghan is pursuing a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
Meghan is admitted to the bar in New Jersey and New York. She is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association (Real Property Trusts and Estates Law Section), New York State Bar Association, and American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys.
Meghan is active in advocating and mentoring youths in the community. She is currently a Big Brother Big Sister Mentor and has participated in the Seton Hall University School of Law Juvenile Justice Clinic, Elementary School afterschool mentor programs, and teaching English in Italian primary school. Meghan is an avid traveler, visiting over 16 countries, and loves experiencing and learning about different cultures.
